It says no audio device is installed when I plug in my c920 logitech camera. This just happened recently. They used to work well together before.

    go under device manager, scroll down to "Sound, video and game controllers" disable device "1080P Pro Stream" under THIS category but leave it enabled elsewhere. Instantly all my other audio inputs kicked back on

    Works for me, but as previous stated web-cam mic is deactivated so you need to keep your laptop close. Thanks.

    Same problem with my l logitech 920-cam.

    Suggested fixes didn’t help, only to restart without cam connected and not re-connect it, once I connect it, audio/sound is lost.

    This has been going on for a while now. Can we get an update, to get this resolved?

    Plugging in a webcam shouldn't get rid of all audio output devices.

    I am facing the same issue, this problem started after a windows update. I already tried to uninstall and install sound drivers but the issue persists. Did you guys get any solution? thanks
