Microsoft Flight Sim 2020 crashing on start up

I'm having same or similar issue. i9 14900 cpu and 4090 video card. Everything patched to very latest drivers and Windows (10) updates. Installed the game, ran it and then game installs about 130Gb of updates, at nearly the very end of this process, as the game is loading in it will crash to desktop with no error code shown. Itr does create a last crash log in the user\appdir location. I have uninstalled game,, cleared all remnants of MSFS files and folders, deleted all traces of game from registry and reinstalled and redownloaded and verified file integrity game multiple times and it continually crashes in exact same spot. I have a second gaming PC with similar, but older video card and processor that loads the game fine.

Nothing is overclocked, and I can install the game without issue, but everytime it tries to load it crashes at the bottom progress bar at about 80% of the way to complete load. No mods, Community folder empty, and I have also deleted all files from directories to force it to reinstall all updates and it will still crash as it tries to load at exact same spot.

I checked power profile and it is set to High, screen is not set to go to sleep. No extra USB devices plugged in. Both English US and UK voice languages installed.

Any ideas?

The only solution to fix my game from crashing is installing English voice in the speech settings, no other solution with game integrity or reinstalling won't help. The game relies on speech synthesis, so I think the game won't work if the basic language is not installed. That's crazy how many people have startup crashes by this, and Microsoft didn't fix this or ether provide a tutorial for this

Select the Start button, then select Settings > Time & Language
Go to Speech > Manage Voice
Click on + Add voices
In the search bar type "English"
Install the English (United States) Language Pack

I am impressed that this is still an issue, just installed for testing a customers pc who wishes to play msfs but it was crashing every time I went to load into a flight no matter which mode, after trying all suggestions found on the internet I found one saying to turn off the online features, I only turned off the online real-time traffic setting and it works stable no issues. Turned the setting back on, restarted the game and it still works just fine now, just restarted pc and it also still works just fine not sure what changed but it worked

I fixed it by uninstalling in Xbox and reinstalling it !!
