If freeing up at least 1% of disk space in the D drive didn't help, please try a repair installation using the Media Creation Tool.

Ok. For the D drive, drag the Max Usage slider entirely to the left, and click OK.

Also, see if you can free up 500 MB of disk space in the D drive.

Once done, try to create a Restore Point.

The only flaw found in the logs is the following:

    Name: D:\

    DeviceId: \?\Volume{a172abcb-0000-0000-0000-100000000000}\

    Size: 298 GB

    Available: 18 MB

    Minimum: 320 MB

    IsOk: False

Description: Free space is below required minimum

    IsMounted: True

The D drive doesn't have enough space but the shadow size allotment seems to be totally incorrect.

    Open systempropertiesprotection.exe

Select the D: drive and choose Configure.

    Please post a screenshot.
