Hi I write this in english, to enlarge the potential community. Windows Update, I get error 0x80070002 when the systems tries to install Windows 11 Version 22H2. This problem is going on for a long time now. It's a different driver this time. Intel(R) iCLS Client is missing some components and hence could not be migrated. C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\iclsclient.inf_amd64_75ffca5eec865b4b\iclsclient.inf

I installed the old Graphics driver I found in a drivers dir. And the installation started. Several restarts and at the end it failed the installation. I found IGCP at the Microsoft Store. Intel® Graphics Control Panel - Microsoft Apps: https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9NDLCLMMTMRC?hl=en-US&gl=US I think the setup works sporadically, maybe once in 4 attempts. I don't think the setup crashes because of the removal of IGCP because we've used pnputil many times in the past to fix the error 0x80070002. //I also found an old drivers directory in the root., from 2019, would it make sense to install those drivers. What happens if you install a driver over again?// Please install it. Also, check for updates via WU. It might download a more recent graphics driver for your system.

Thanks, The graphics driver I found is this one: Intel VGA Driver for Windows 10 (64-bit) - Yoga C740-14IML, Yoga C740-15IML I downloaded the package and installed it, it launched different windows of CMD and installed 5-6 inf files, it looks it got installed as I did not get any error message. The installation which got the farmost, said, it could not "undo all changes". Could it be that that causes a problem. Is there a way what we did before to get a crash dump to see what stops from starting the installation? I also found an old drivers directory in the root., from 2019, would it make sense to install those drivers. What happens if you install a driver over again?

Glad it's resolved, albeit it took around 10 attempts :)

You may re-enable the startup items and services. Backup the current set of drivers using DISM, to a folder named c:\drivers_final_2023.

If Device Manager doesn't show any items with the yellow exclamation mark, then no need to install any more drivers.

For the Windows Security issue, please start a new thread and share the link to the new thread here. Will reply to that.

Please install it. Also, check for updates via WU. It might download a more recent graphics driver for your system.
