The partition may need to be deleted and recreated.
Run:
diskpart
sel disk 1
list par
Post the output.

I receive install error "0x80070643"

Run:
- diskpart
- sel par 3 -- Where partition #3 is your 647 MB Recovery partition
- assign letter=S
- gpt attributes=0x0000000000000000
- exit
- md S:\Recovery\WindowsRE
- xcopy /h C:\Windows\System32\Recovery\winre.wim S:\Recovery\WindowsRE
- label S: Recovery
- del c:\windows\system32\recovery\reagent.xml /a
- reagentc /disable
- reagentc /setreimage /path S:\Recovery\WindowsRE /target C:\Windows

2024-01-07T00:10:04+00:00 Nevermind. I manually moved this file to my desktop (outside of the instructions from this documentation) and then again into C:\windows\system32\Recovery.
This has not solved the install error. Please advise.
