Hi Just checking in to see if Microsoft level 3 support has been able to do anything for you? I've had the same problem for YEARS. I'm running a Lenovo Thinkpad with dual monitors.

For the last few months my Copy/Paste will stop working after I've been logged-on for awhile. If I log off and back on (no Restart, though), it will start working again... for awhile, that is. It was happening on Windows 10, so I went ahead and upgraded to Windows 11, hoping it would fix the problem, but it didn't.
I've looked through other postings, but most of them involve a Restart, which certainly works but so does a simple log off/log on. I generally don't log out at the end of the day, just lock it. Does anyone have a solution other than creating a whole new profile?

2024-06-17T13:49:12+00:00 That's helpful @daniel ... Can you confirm you're using the steps outlined below. Do you know if it matters in what order you do them (i.e. clear the clipboard first then restart Windows Explorer or vice versa).
- In Task Manager: Right-click Windows Explorer and select "Restart"
2.a Windows Logo Key + V and hit "Clear All"
OR
2.b Windows Logo Key + I and clear the clipboard from Systems Setting

2024-06-17T12:58:54+00:00 I have been also seeing this for months, and I figured out that, most of the time, at least, if I go to task manager, restart the explorer.exe application, and then clear the clipboard, it starts working again.. It is driving me crazy..
