I was in Thailand and this happened as soon as I left so I had a moment of fear of malware/hackers but I was relieved to see this chain and that I am not alone. Agreed that this is not cool, Microsoft!

After login, all language/region settings seem fine.

2024-02-04T15:08:50+00:00 I've been having the same issue since end of last year and I thought that it was my computer. I was a little amused at the beginning waiting for it to resolve itself.
The issue appears on and off, but it's becoming really annoying. I tried to open Bing maps and everything was in Thai. I don't have the least idea of Thai and I'm located far away from Asia. All the settings are right on my computer both region and languages.
So, why am I getting content in Thai?
