I did about 20 clean instal and expirmented alot

But as far i know it is related to windows OS

Especially after i encountered same issues on totaly normal working laptop after instaling 23h2 on it

My current laptop is asus rog strix g16

Old one was lenovo legion y540

But the issues not significant so i ignored them

After i updated my laptop to winodws 11 24h2 by iso the metadata staging failed error not appearing anymore after each bot

But the issues i had with it still persist

May be you will say the issues not related to it

But my old laptop wasn't having any problem and it was on 22h2 but when i updated it to 23h2 same problems start to happen there

Problem like

At boot mouse and keyboard delay to work and skmetimes takes about minute

And few other issues

But definitely there is something wrong with last updates of windows 10 and 11 because it was happening in both of them but it wasn't happening on my old laptop on 22h2

Manually update all drivers for the affected devices to the latest version is my advice. Do not rely on Windows Update to do this for you. That may improve your situation.

Hi Jacob, with a GPO installed as a home user your best bet was to reinstall to get rid of it. So well done to you. It is a pain going through the registry manually to undo the damage a domain GPO can do. Glad it helped you.

This is a home computer, I had sent it in for RMA of a bad CPU. I'm guessing this was something they had set up on their side, and forgot to remove before sending it back to me. Thanks for the insight!

I reset and reinstalled Windows to fix it.
