I am getting this error when I start the computer I am getting error

    I have similar. Discord fails to launch sometimes, so do several games that show up as running but no window pop up. Pc and game crashes also. its a mess

    This issue is far from new.

    I found the same problem being discussed in windows8 forums in 2014.

    And if you go to the last page in that old thread, you will se people stating that the problem has re-appeared.
