    Ok,

I sorta 'fixed' it. its not perfect but no more BSOD nor restarting for me.

install the NVSE driver for your SSD drive.

    • my computer was totally fine without this before the windows update, but not anymore. then somehow installing the NVSE driver has fixed BSOD.
    • if you are using Samsung SSD, here's the link to download it https://semiconductor.samsung.com/consumer-storage/support/tools/
    • also Apparently Samsung magician software and NVSE driver is two separate thing.

Although I am still getting Metadata staging error from my event viewer.

Whatever they are cooking in there, nothing has fixed anything for me.

My laptop still restarts randomly after BSOD.

One of things that the Feb 13th patch fixed, in regards to Microsoft's Metadata Staging server outage, is that adding and removing a shared print queue no longer takes 3-5 minutes. This patch came out about a month after I opened an enterprise support ticket for that print queue issue.

Raising new feedback is one option, otherwise just upvote the existing feedbacks - in the 'Feedback' -> 'All feedback' tab just enter 131 as a search term and upvote any relevant to this issue.

The Error131 did reduce after a Windows Update one month ago, but returned by the end of the month unrelated to any update, and wasn't resolved after this month's Windows Update.

But there's little evidence that Feedback gets results, just like Error 131 I'm seeing other issues like Event 1010 Autopilot.dll WIL and no Game Bar notifications that have been frequently reported over a period of time with no response or fix.

Aknit, Whilst I appreciate you're trying to help you need to be specific about which options to select. I've submitted a ticket but couldn't see the options you described. Please be specific about which options to select.
