2024-03-01T20:26:07+00:00 Good news and bad news folks.
Good news: I am no more seeing that error related to Device Metadata. I have been continuously checking the windows patch and updating so maybe some of the patch fixed that.
Bad news: My system still keeps hanging and i have to do hard reboot. The "system" event viewer shows me error like the following:
"The igccservice service failed to start due to the following error:
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion."
and
"A timeout was reached (45000 milliseconds) while waiting for the igccservice service to connect."
Any idea how to proceed and debug ?

The Warning 201 continued even after that Windows Update.
