This is a pretty normal thing on Microsoft Start and is the site, not people's computers or keyboards. You will notice that while it blocks the lower case m you can always add a capital M. It's the software preventing the lower case m. I have taken to just opening a new tab or notepad and typing what I want. Then copy and paste it. It will let you paste a lower case m, just not type one. This is something Microsoft will have to deal with, not something end users can fix. Just work around.
Microsoft Start - I can no longer type the letter 'M'
Windows 10 Lenovo ThinkPad
Just recently, when making comments in Microsoft Start, I can no longer type the letter 'M'. The letter works in email and everywhere else.
The only solution I have found, has to do with Nvidia Graphic card. I don't have that.
Any ideas what changed in the last week or so?
Thanks

2024-04-13T13:58:36+00:00 Why hasn't Microsoft resolved this bug yet? It's pretty embarrassing for a major software company to stumble over a simple coding mistake that stops the letter 'm' from being typed. Fixing this should be a quick job for any developer. It seems like Microsoft is either overlooking the issue, complicit in its persistence, or simply ignorant to it.

2024-04-10T02:09:47+00:00 What I've had to do is open notepad...type 'm' then copy the letter and keep it loaded.
Any time an 'm' is required, I then have to use the paste option.
Does anybody know why it is happening?

2024-04-07T19:38:40+00:00 Any time that you use a small m in any word, I use the Capital M, that it will act sept and spell check will change it to a small m. That's what I found out.
