nvidia control panel is missing display settings, in my laptop it only shows 3d settings and developer, please help thanks

Clicked every button in the Panel already xD i dont understand it. Gonna reinstall everything tomorrow. 2:22 am here now. But thanks for the answer =)
Just makesure your selected display mode are NVIDIA on NVIDIA control panel > 3D settings > manage display mode
and the display setting will appear :)
I have never replied to any of the forums before and I have been a PC user since year 2000 and have solved most of my issues myself but now dont have enough time to spend time playing with the system so, thanks man!!! my case was this and I dont know how it happened but the only reason I never went for AMD is Nvidia's control panel and specifically its display and video settings. yes under display adapters i see intel uhd graphics and nvidia gtx 1650
After that, restart your computer an review if those settings are available. If they are not available, then they are not applicable for yuor GPU.
there is no option for nvidia display settings only these also should i check the checkbox for perform clean installation?
