Hello,

The 2024-01 Security Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5034441) will not install on my Windows 10 laptop computer.

I get the following message There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: (0x80070643) Retry

When I click on Retry it says its Installing-0% for a few minutes then Installed-100% and then I get Download Error (0x80070643) There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. Windows Update Troubleshooter could not fix this problem.

I'm not sure what to do, please help.

    MS - you should be monitoring your own customer feedback site. If you were, there would be answers to these valid questions and statements about the function of your products. Otherwise we should all be able to recover the SAAS monthly fees we have been contributing. Maybe a class action suit?.

    Fix it. That is the serve we pay for each month.

    No point in posting here anymore!!! MS & OTHERS have disowned us & are no longer interested in assisting anyone on this site...

    You are better off writing a "snail mail" letter to MS & telling them what you think of their service to their customers because they have shown their lack of care for our systems, but still take our money... NOT mine anymore!!!
