My printer is prompted to print this at the top of pages, usually from drawer #2 which is envelopes. I have an Epson WF-4740. The information on line indicates that this is an across the board problem. I have contacted Epson and they say it is a Microsoft problem. To date I have tried every suggested fix but nothing stops it. Extremely frustrating!!!!

End.

That's BS. It's a WIN 11 issue across most brands of printers. Scroll down to see the update that I applied just now and it worked.

Windows update on your computer. In the search bar type "win" and the first result will be check for updates. Look for "2023-07 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5028254)." Problem solved.

i just completed a cumulative update in July 2023. This appears to have resolved the issue I was having with my HP printer. It no longer prints this page with each print job I conduct or when the printer "wakes up" or when I restart my PC. problem finally solved by MS.

    Hello,

The way I've got round this is to take out my usb printer lead when I'm not printing. Error Pages were printing every 45 minutes.

Microsoft need to do something regarding this issue, it says scanner status, my printer doesn't have a scanner it's an old HP1606dn that just prints.

Luckily I have a wireless printer that works fine.

Shame I'm having to use a colour printer due to a Microsoft issue.
