I have posted on this list and applied all the suggested changes. Now, instead if getting reams of useless papers when I print, I get one at the start of each print job. I still believe a class action attorney should pick up on this for compensation for our time, paper and ink used with this ridiculous and horrible update by Microsoft.
GET /eSCL/ScannerStatus HTTP/1.1The question is how do I stop it.
My printer is prompted to print this at the top of pages, usually from drawer #2 which is envelopes. I have an Epson WF-4740. The information on line indicates that this is an across the board problem. I have contacted Epson and they say it is a Microsoft problem. To date I have tried every suggested fix but nothing stops it. Extremely frustrating!!!!
End.

2023-11-13T03:55:47+00:00 I don't think it's a Windows 11 problem. I've been having the problem for months and I'm still on Windows 10. I've tried every solution proposed on here and the same problem still exists.

2023-11-12T23:10:58+00:00 I'm still having the same "Get /eSCL/ScannerStatus HTTP/1.1 Host: Localhost" problem too, months after I first reported it, I too have applied all Windows 11 updates very soon after their release.
This is without a doubt the worst OS upgrade since I first started using Windows in early 1990s. How long is it going to take to shoot straight??
