2024-06 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5039211)

This update will not successfully apply, goes through the usual dialogs only to fail on restart and undo the changes.

I've tried SFC and DISM with no results.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

since the world is run on microsoft, and they can barely spell microsoft its a f miracle we dont have carrier pigeons lol. but my c drive on disk managment looks like this:

disk 0: 250mb healthy (EFI system partition) | 118gb healthy (boot, page file, crash dump, basic data partition) | 1.10gb Healthy (recovery partition) [i did the steps in the video twice cause i wanted to see if they stacked, they do]

disk 1: 900gb healthy (basic data partition) | 15gb Healthy (recovery partition) [because i have two sticks in the laptop i had to do both recovery drives. or idk if i did but it worked]

do these values seem right- for the recovery partitions?

aside that a new copy of the windows 10 should be enough to push it through.

"Should fit"? 901 GB of free space. It better fit. How big of an update is this?

My other drives are data drives. Total available space across the other two drives is 8TB. If Windows suddenly can't install a couple MB in updates with that much free space, then something is VERY wrong with Microsoft's update process.

And the other two drives how much space? It looks like it should fit, you can go to microsoft store and make a boot drive for windows 10 and it will be a new copy of windows. Shut down, restart with that flash drive in the usb port, restart in safe mode and boot from the flash drive. Should be an option to keep files but always backup personal files multiple times.

Did you make the partition larger for all of the recovery partitions? When you go to your disk manager does it show all available hard drives at over 50% free space?
