2024-06 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5039211)
This update will not successfully apply, goes through the usual dialogs only to fail on restart and undo the changes.
I've tried SFC and DISM with no results.
Any help is appreciated.

2024-06-20T15:06:49+00:00 Having the same problem with this update which starts automatically, then fails about an hour later.
Similar happened back in january I think, but that update did finally install after a few weeks.
Given up with microsoft now and will be switching to linux.

2024-06-19T23:18:41+00:00 I tryed all solution above and nothing works... I had this issue in the past. This is what I hate on windows. Nothing works and nobody is able to help. Maybe its time for mac cuz if someone would pay me for time I have spend with this MS issues I could have milions.

I've tried just about everything and cannot install either of the following updates.
KB5039211 2024-06 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 22H2 x64 KB5039299 2024-06 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 10 22H2 x64 I'd very much like to avoid doing an upgrade in place to fix this. Last time I did that it reset a ton of application settings and various tweaks I had made to Windows. For now (unless a fix is found?) I'll be patiently waiting for July's Cumulative Update to release and hopefully install without issue which will include the security fixes from June (and prior.)
Things I've tried so far:
SFC /scannow Found and fixed errors. Updates still fail with same error. DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth Found and repaired errors. Updates still fail with same error. Logging in as Administrator local account and installing it from there. Same error Resetting Windows Update Same error Fixed permissions (via IACLS on various folders mentioned in logs. Same error Installing the .cab update file from Microsoft Update Catalog via CMD: <br>dism /online /add-package /packagepath:"C:\KB5039211.cab Error's out at 5% with: An error occurred - Error: 0x8007000d - Error 13 - The data is invalid.Log file error: Extraction of file: update.ses failed because it is not present in the container (\?\C:\WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution\Download\XXXXXXX) Installing the .msu update file from Microsoft Update Catalog via CMD: <br>wusa.exe "C:\KB5039211.msu" /log:"C:\KB5039211-Update.txt" **Error from log file:**182 [AGENT_INSTALLING_FAILED] - MoUpdateOrchestrator - Failure - Content Install - Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 8007000d. Subscribing to this thread, hopefully we get a fix or July's cumulative update fixes this.

2024-06-22T16:03:17+00:00 I spent hours trying to fix this without luck. KB5039211 fails with error 0x800f0922.
Even went through the pain to restore my entire system disk to a version from April, hoping to be able to update, but no. Same error.
I think Microsoft needs to find a general fix for this issue if they are serious about security for their users.
