IntcAzAudAddService is not started means check in service.msc application, make audio related services startup type to automatic.
Also check this service IntcAzAudAddService is started, make start up type as automatic

speaker tested on laptop, speaker functional,
speaker tested on desktop, distorted scrambled sounds when volume increased without audio file played.
headset tested on front port of desktop, distorted sounds
headset tested on laptop, functional.
youtube music audio file tested on desktop with speaker: speaker does not produce music, only distorted sounds unrelated to music file playing
distorted sounds are similar to static sounds

The driver installed is 6.0.9629.1,1/9/2024, Realtek Semiconductor Corp.
Downloaded first file, 6.0.9673.1, 4/22/2024, moved files from original .cab folder to new folder.
Updated driver, error still occurs.

The only nvidia part installed is the gpu. The gpu does not have any audio ports.
The dell2419h is the monitor. It has an audio port.
Tested the realtek audio port without the gpu installed. Error occurred.

Try to reinstall NVidia drivers from MSI site.
Try to disable DELL U2419H device.
