Laptop suddenly and quickly bluescreens. What can I do about this?

Hello,

So my maingear vector 2060 gaming laptop with Windows 11 installed has been randomly bluescreening and very quickly restarting. Is there something I can do about this? Why is my computer blue screening and what I can do to keep it from doing that?

    Ah okay. Got it.

    Found it. I should just go ahead, delete the .sys file, and then restart my computer?

    If you can't find it in your installed apps, look in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Hotkey\SvThANSP.sys folder or in Device Manager.

    Sorry, but how should I go about looking and then uninstalling the driver? I think I tried uninstalling the driver a while back and it wouldn’t let me because a program was using it?
