Laptop suddenly and quickly bluescreens. What can I do about this?

Hello,

So my maingear vector 2060 gaming laptop with Windows 11 installed has been randomly bluescreening and very quickly restarting. Is there something I can do about this? Why is my computer blue screening and what I can do to keep it from doing that?

    What software might that be? When I search for savitech hotkey driver on my computer nothing comes up.

    The minidump file indicates that the cause of the BSDO is "SvThANSP.sys" which is Savitech Hotkey Driver software.

    Try uninstalling the software to see if the problem persists. If you need to use this software, see if there are any updates available.

    You need to copy and paste, if you move it you won't be able to zip it

    Says I still can’t. I moved the .dmp file into a folder and then tried to zip the file. Still says access denied.
