VPN connection problem after Windows 11 Pro 24H2 update

Same issue with Always On VPN appears to be resolved by applying the latest C++ Redist as suggested.

I am having the same issue; I turn off the up-date and Windows restarted the update on a re-start without me knowing it. This is ridiculous and you can't un-install the 24h2 update. why release something that has so many bugs?

Dear, The problem exists, after updating to 24H2 40 devices 40 devices had an error when connecting via check point vpn in any version. We opened a task at Check Point and were informed that it is not supported for 24h2, however, the website says that version E88.41 is supported, but it does not make sense because it is an old version. As an alternative solution, I created a VPN policy through MS Intune and pushed the settings to the devices. We are using Windows' own VPN dialer along with the VPN Capsule APP to enable 2fa on the connection. I hope I helped. Thanks.

Having same issue, only thing that gets around it, at least for Checkpoint, is to disable the wifi adapter or network if hard wired and reenable it while it is in its failed state. Takes about 10 to 20 seconds but starts working after that. This need to be done every time so not really a fix by any means.

Are you sure the VPN is certified compatible with version 24H2?
