How do I get my Realtek Audio Driver back on my HP laptop? It has completely disappeared. It is no longer in the Device Driver to add back or update. Ive tried to find the device driver by going to to device manager there is no audio to choose from and when I go down to the sound it only shows Bluetooth devices that are not in use anymore.

Thank you

I did this as you said I’m not sure if it did what it was supposed to do. Only because my system was doing an auto update again, it was at 95% this time. I’m not sure how long it had been updating but I do know my computer had been running slow again. All of a sudden it restarted on its own. It’s been over an hour and it is at 13% on the restart. I have almost watched the complete football game. So that would mean closed to 3hours it’s been restarting. Uggggg…… so I am sending this msg from my phone rather than my computer now.

    Go to "c:\SWSetup\SP154185", run HPUP.exe

See if you can install the audio driver.
