Been trying to upgrade my laptop to Windows 11 for the past few days now with very little success. Whether I use the install assistant or a USB formatted by the Media Creation Tool, the installation process keeps throwing up the INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE error and reverting back again. I've tried various solutions to fix this problem, from updating or installing whatever programs I felt might impact the installation to resetting the settings on my BIOS. I want to avoid having to do a clean install and wiping my laptop if possible.
I've also been running SetupDiag and seeing if I can make sense of the logs, but I'm unfortunately not at all knowledgeable in this field. I'll put a link to the log.zip file from my latest install attempt here:

The computer should boot to the desktop when performing an in place upgrade repair.
There is no boot to a flash drive for an in place upgrade repair.

I have some great news; after some searching, I found out how to disable VMD on my computer and switch it from RAID to AHCI. I had to set the computer to Safe Boot before going into the BIOS to disable the VMD controller mode. When it booted up, it automatically installed a AHCI driver in place of the VMD-based driver that was controlling the storage drive, after which I disabled safe boot and it booted up normally. The Windows 10 in-place upgrade went without a hitch, and so did the Windows 11 upgrade! The VMD controller turned out to be the culprit behind the boot drive not being detected during installation. Thanks so much for helping me out!

First off, this is the log that was produced after running Tuneup Plus:
I also went ahead and tried the Driver Verifier and, sure enough, I got a BSOD from selecting all the non-Microsoft drivers (most of them Intel). When I ran the recovery environment (F1) after two BSODs, it managed to boot properly without me having to go to command prompt to disable the Verifier. I then ran the disable command for the verifier, just in case, restarted my laptop and then used V2 collector. Now, I got rather confused the first time, when I looked in the zip and at the driver verifier log in the Crash Dumps folder; none of the boxes for the settings were crossed, which made me think I did it wrong and stupidly deleted the zip to try the process again. When I ran the verifier a second time, it booted up normally, so I ran the query command for the verifier, which shows the drivers I set it to test. That V2 zip I linked earlier is from after I queried the verifier, but since the minidump hasn't seemed to update after the initial BSOD, I'd assume the contents are the same as last time. Still unsure if I've done it right, but hopefully what I got is enough of a lead to go on.

As for Sumit's question, my laptop isn't connected to a monitor or TV via a HDMI cable. I also tried Reinzo's suggestion, which is something I already tried but decided to give another go, and it still comes up with the error message.
