Error 0x1900101 WIn 11 24H2 I Am Clueless

Tried many times to update WIn11 23H2 to 24H2. Gets to a certain point and rolls back. Error 0x1900101. Tried so many things online, but this seems to be a generic error and it does not help. No clue where to turn to fix it at this point. Can someone help?

Also, I am assuming the three group tests with verifier are run on the non-MS drivers?

If you had given an understandable reply to the person I replied to I wouldn’t have to repeat myself. I’ve already posted questions about the same problem and never been able to get a workable reply. This should be addressed by Microsoft not volunteers.

Lord help me! I'm 82 and I don't think I have enough time left on this planet to work out all all these solutions. I appreciate these are all volunteers trying to help, but why on earth doesn't Microsoft help??

[ ] 0x00000020 Deadlock detection. 

[ ] 0x00000080 DMA checking. 

[ ] 0x00020000 DDI compliance checking. 

 [ ] 0x00080000 DDI compliance checking (additional). 

[ ] 0x00040000 Systematic low resources simulation.  

[ ] 0x00800000 Kernel synchronization delay fuzzing.

Group 3

[ ] 0x00008000 Power framework delay fuzzing. 

[ ] 0x00010000 Port/miniport interface checking. 

[ ] 0x00000002 Force IRQL checking.

For each group if there is no immediate BSOD then open administrative command prompt and copy and paste:
