Tried many times to update WIn11 23H2 to 24H2. Gets to a certain point and rolls back. Error 0x1900101. Tried so many things online, but this seems to be a generic error and it does not help. No clue where to turn to fix it at this point. Can someone help?

I have no clue if I did this correctly. I set the verifier for all non-MS drivers. Did querysettings.
Regarding BitDefender, if I remember correctly, it was turned on when I received the PC from Dell. I went in and made sure it was turned off on all drives. That was about a year ago at this point.
WDV is a tool that has menu settings.
It will run once customized tests and drivers are selected to stress test the selected drivers.
The driver column can be sorted so that all non-Microsoft drivers are selected.
Each time the tool is launched it may cause a BSOD.
If it causes a BSOD > run V2 > post a share link
If it does not cause a BSOD > run verifier /querysettings > post a share link
The tool runs indefinitely until it is turned off.
Please learn the methods to turn off the tool.
Customized tests will be posted for the next run of the tool to perform more tests on the non-Microsoft drivers.
You may uninstall VIPRE Advanced Security (if it's still installed) till you troubleshoot this.
Also, was BitDefender installed on this PC earlier? I can see some BitDefender modules loaded on the computer.

I am still not clear on this. If I go in and set the test to run on all non-MS drivers, how do I set it to run on all SM drivers at the same time. Are these not three separate tests? How long do I run each one - just through one boot?

Windows Driver Verifier = WDV
WDV has approximately 20 customized tests.
The first run has 3 specified customized tests as per the tutorial.
The WDV tool has commands to turn it on and off.
The commands run in Windows Recovery Environment (RE).
The advanced startup has the methods to boot into Windows RE.
Booting into Windows RE opens command prompt to turn off WDV.
The commands in step #3 are used to turn off the tool.
Misbehaving drivers can be uninstalled or uninstalled and reinstalled.
The same or new customized tests can be selected to check for more misbehaving drivers.
System restore points are created as an additional method to recover from WDV BSOD's.
System restore should not be used to turn off the tool unless the commands fail to turn off the tool.
The tool can run during the weekend.
