Hey can someone help me with this error on windows 11 24h2 update with error code 0x800700b7 on my laptop asus nitro 5

I have been trying all the method online and youtube with the trick and im already try to use windows download support try to redownload my windows 11 but its aint working and troubleshooting its not working too 

any suggestion will help a lot thanks

    Update:

    Chances are those icons are probably shortcuts from your old installation, perhaps synced via OneDrive. In that case, all you need to do is delete those shortcuts. I hope you can install Store apps and run them correctly.

    It could be an icon cache issue. The following script will clear the icon cache.

    If that doesn't help, please create a new admin account to see if this is a machine-wide issue.

    hey so i just done reset my laptop with the option delete all file but its auto re download my file and apps after im log in and now all the apps just look grey like this

    Hi Quan,

    You can reset Windows via Settings.

    Option Settings > System > Recovery > Reset PC:

    Choose the "Keep my files" and "Cloud download" options when prompted.

    hey so after i checked my laptop its really doesnt really have any important files so im kinda want to reset my laptop like download the whole new windows 11 on my laptop to make it like when im brought it . Some of my study app like virtual computer and sql sever making my laptop kinda lag anyway can i show me how to do that, big thanks to u brother
