I have the same problem, this happened just a moment ago. I think this app comes from News and interest, it's on the taskbar and takes up 21GB of RAM. We should blame this file (C:\Windows\SystemApps\Microsoft.Windows.Search_xxxxxxxxxxxxx\SearchApp.exe) for its naughty behavior.
Is this issue taken seriously by Microsoft?
