I cannot create a minecraft java profile name

I purchased the Xbox gaming service today.

The game asked me to set up an profile, but when I click the "that's me" button, there is no respone.

Please help. Thanks.

    if you login and make name through phone browser it should work i used safari

    how do you log in on your phone, do you go to your browser and google the minecraft site or something?

    This 100% solved my issue. Pretty sure this is the root cause of most of the issues. Try turning off all VPN setting when playing Java.
