All the scans with NO ERRORS

What now ?

Dont tell me to create a new user or install windows over, because I'm TIRED of doing that EVERYTIME windows decides do break !

Basically, people

If you tried everything and it didn't work, leave as it is for a month (pause/schedule the updates)

The succeeding updates usually get the problem fixed

Welcome to the Microsoft Community!

1-Restart the computer and continue pressing the F8 or Shift + F8 key; the advanced boot screen will open in front of you.

2- Now select "Choose an option" and choose the "Solve problems" option, then go to "Advanced options" and press the number corresponding to Safe mode.

3- After booting the system in safe mode, open the command prompt and run these commands

net stop wuauserv

4- Now you need to go to a mass distribution and delete your content. Go to the next path to find a mass distribution.

C: Windows SoftwareDistribution
Delete all files and subfolders in this folder.

Now restart your computer and the updates could not be completed. Undo changes, do not turn off the computer in Windows 10 will be fixed.

Try the steps above in safe mode.

If it doesn't work, try the solutions below:

If you have an antivirus installed or more than one, I suggest you uninstall it through the Control Panel under the Programs and Features icon or temporarily disable it through the antivirus settings itself.

Note: Many antiviruses have their own removal tool. Visit the Installed Software website for more information. Your system will not be left unprotected because Windows has its own security system that automatically enables it as soon as you restart your computer.

Perform troubleshooting:

1- Go to search, type in troubleshooting and open troubleshooting.
2- Select Show all in the left panel.
3- Open Windows Update and follow further instructions.
4- Restart your computer and try to install the update again.

Hide Windows update

1- Open the Control Panel and click the Windows Update icon.
2- After Windows updates or you check for updates, click link ... update (s) is available.
3- Right-click on a listed Windows Update that you want to hide, then click Hide Update.
4- If prompted by UAC, then click Yes or enter the administrator password.
5- You will now notice that the Windows Update eyepiece is grayed out. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to hide another Windows Update. When finished, click / tap OK.

    Just like yours, my update begins normally until reaches the 7% point — that's it. It will NEVER reach 8%.

    The "undoing" process begins instead from that point onward.

    So then clearly this has nothing whatsoever to do with us end users. We are different individuals a thousand miles away from each other and using the computer a thousand different ways. Yet we both get 7% update followed by revert. Clearly 100% (certain as a human being could be) that this is a Microsoft problem — a malfunction of the update process. Wuawserv has been defectively configured. It's not an honest mistake because honest mistakes are tackled. When critical error like this is willfully left to **** for almost a whole year or so then you know that it's a matter of bad management delivering inferior product and service.

    Here is no way to make windows work. Do the simple thing disable updates using WUB (just google it).

    Then when you are ready to update download windows assistant and it will install a new version of windows and keep all of your configurations, then turn updates in WUB off again - DONE. I didn't find another way to update this buggy system.
