Windows 10 extremely slow after upgrade to version 21H1

I put a new hard drive in the machine and started from scratch and it is working very well,

I am on OS build 19043.1151 as a scratch install and I have reinstalled all of the productivity software I use including VS, Office etc and

it is working very well.

I think there is a driver conflict somewhere probably a simple setting in the registry that has caused a timing issue somewhere.

I am just guessing but if I get bored enough I may swap back the old drive and see if I can detect the main differences.....

I am really tired of Microsoft updates and changes as it is now RARE that I do not have a client somewhere with a problem that was caused by a rollout. Barely have time to fix those let alone major issues like these. I have to get some work done once in a while.

2 minutes to open the control panel

Would not open Remote Desktop said exe was not registered.

Will not open start.

Task manager pops up quickly and works

RESTART took 6 minutes.

I am disabling EVERYTHING as recommended but I think this windows 10 release has MAJOR bugs somewhere.

Tried login locally (machine name\admin user) and system told me that the domain was not available. For crying out loud the machine IS the domain.

Hoping I can actually roll back out of this it is a mess.

Hey guys am on a lenovo p50 8gb ram 8thread i7 6th gen 1tb rom am having issues when i sleep or hibernate tge pc some times even when booting from shutdown the pc takes time to log in and usual stuck on finger print log in to the point i have to force a shut down i resently installed the new update windows 21h1 something like that just bought second had and i just installed the same windows.. The lag is very annoying i love the machine can this be a windows issue cause i did thw bios update and did a system check every thing appears fine on the hardware side of the pc please help

I was having the same issue but I uninstalled the previous update I had just done and everything works like it did before I updated the first time. Although, I had to stop using my Opera GX Browser because it continued to have this problem even though I cleared a lot of space to let it run.
