How to stop being logged out of everything automatically when I turn off my laptop

I would not go on this forum into blaming, but this one is a fat book of "How To Spoil Up Our Userbase - For Dummies".

And as I see, half a year has passed, and MS did nothing regarding the issue, even more, as I read the first comments of the MS guy, it is a FEATURE.

Hi eveyone, this seems to be a common problem. I am having exactly the same issues after the last windows update I dis a week or so ago. It's very frustrating  having to log back in to Microsoft and Google every time. I have tried the 'fix' by going into 'credentials' but it hasn't worked for me. Does anyone know what, if anything, we can do about this? - Any help really appreciated. Thanks.

I too am having issues... each and every time I reboot I have to re-login to absolutely everything.  Google account is "paused", I get a message that I need to "fix" my Microsoft account, in addition to re-logging in to each and every application/website I touch.  Is Microsoft ever going to address this issue?

Same here... Every time i reboot my PC I am logged out off every app... But it gets even worse... I found out that even every time I exit Chrome and open it back again the account is paused. So i thought maybe reibstall would work for my browser but the only thing I established was loosing everything I had saved there... Turned out I hadn’t had my account synchronised so now I am kinda lost... Any advise is welcome.

I'm with you -  this level of lack of support is totally unacceptable. I do now have a Mac and have been slowly transitioning to working with it more than the PC. Like you, the annoyance of having to log in to everything every day has disrupted my work flow. I resisted relying on the Mac as my main computer, but now as I have been forced to use it more, I am getting comfortable with making the switch.

Hi Nigel, I followed your instructions (thank you) but there was nothing at all in the credentials for Outlook.  In fact, the only thing there related to logging in to my personal emails.

For the majority of my issues it sounds like I will have to wait for another update to be released but I'm confused as to what Google has to do with it.   I don't use Google, I use Microsoft Edge and my personal email isn't gmail.  Also, I'm not sure why Google would have such an impact on my Microsoft applications?  As I said, I'm not very technical, but the majority of the issues I am having are associated with Microsoft Windows, particularly OneDrive and Outlook.  I use Outlook for my work emails and I have never been asked to input my password but now, since the windows update, it asks me every time and there is then a lengthy delay before Outlook starts operating properly (same with OneDrive but without the delay).  On occasion, I am asked numerous times to input my Outlook password.  Can you think of anything I can do to prevent this from happening or will I have to wait for a patch to be released?  In the meantime, I am simply keeping my laptop switched on at all times - which is okay for now whilst I'm still working at home but it's not going to work in the long run.
