Pen tablet makes black screen when i'm using program from microsoft

So i try using my pen tablet on Microsoft word, Microsoft whiteboard and then when I write something my screen blinks like crazy, after that it will crash my PC. But when I use software like Adobe photoshop or medibang pro everything is fine. Any ideas?

edit: my mouse also make my screen goes black when i try to draw something on ms word, ms whiteboard, fullscreen snip from microsoft

Hello guys, apparently I have the same problem when I use my wacom tablet to draw in any microsoft software mostly on One Note and Words. Hence, after a thorough research I found one method to relieve the issue.

1# Update your graphic driver to the latest from the Intel website (not OEM driver) . You need to manually install the driver using .zip file format and never use .exe format to install. If you automatically scan your device it will probably says “Up to Date” but unfortunately it is not. That’s why you need to update it manually. For more further instruction on installations, you can just google it. I found this method from website whiteboard.uservoice.com.

    There is no solution yet. I read somewhere that the next Windows Update will fix this problem, but it hasn't. 

    I teach college students too and for that I use a combination of Whiteboards now. 

    If I'm sharing my MS Word Document through Zoom's Screen Share and I want to mark something on the Word Document, I use Zoom's Annotate option. 

    If I want a Whiteboard to write something, I use a free software called "Openboard", which is as good as the Microsoft Whiteboard. It allows to paste images too. Sometimes I also end up using Zoom's Whiteboard. 

    Using Zoom's Annotate option or Openboard or Zoom's Whiteboard seems to pose no problem and there is absolutely no screen blinking.

    Hi, I also have faced the same issue since 24th Jan 2021. I was taking a class using Microsoft one note and the pen tablet makes the screen blink when I touch it. The tablet works fine for powerpoint, paint or any other white board. Only on one note, this problem persists. Restarting the laptop solves the problem, but we cant do that each time right? Please provide a solution for this.

    I have the same problem.  I have a Dell Inspiron 5570 touch screen and a Wacom pen tablet.  The pen tablet was working fine for over 6 weeks, then Windows updated in early June.  Now, when I try using the Wacom pen tablet, it works for a couple minutes then the screen flickers a couple times then goes black.  I have to force it to restart by holding down the power button.  I ran the bluetooth troubleshooting program several times.  It says it fixed the problem:  "Problem Found - Check the Bluetooth Radio Status

    • Fixed".  But the problem persists.

    I waited a couple weeks, then bought an XP-Pen Tablet G960S Plus.  It is doing the same thing.  I have tried re-installing software to no avail.  

    I am a teacher.  School will be starting again soon online and it is imperative that I have the ability to write with a pen tablet.  Please, fix this problem and send out an update!

    I thought the problem occur because of the windows 10 "2004" update, i tried to uninstall it but it doesn't solve anything
