Pen tablet makes black screen when i'm using program from microsoft

*sorry for my bad english

So i try using my pen tablet on Microsoft word, Microsoft whiteboard and then when I write something my screen blinks like crazy, after that it will crash my PC. But when I use software like Adobe photoshop or medibang pro everything is fine. Any ideas?

edit: my mouse also make my screen goes black when i try to draw something on ms word, ms whiteboard, fullscreen snip from microsoft

Hello guys, apparently I have the same problem when I use my wacom tablet to draw in any microsoft software mostly on One Note and Words. Hence, after a thorough research I found one method to relieve the issue.

1# Update your graphic driver to the latest from the Intel website (not OEM driver) . You need to manually install the driver using .zip file format and never use .exe format to install. If you automatically scan your device it will probably says “Up to Date” but unfortunately it is not. That’s why you need to update it manually. For more further instruction on installations, you can just google it. I found this method from website whiteboard.uservoice.com.

    Hi, I have the same issue. The crazy thing is the problem only appears when using the coloured pens it does not happen while using the eraser or the highlighters.

    I've been using Microsoft Whiteboard to give classes since the beginning of the pandemic without the issue, until yesterday. Restarting the computer solves it - for a while. It happened again today after about 40 minutes of using the whiteboard. I cannot risk it happening again, since it of course happens in the middle of my lectures.

    I have not installed any new programs or updates in the past week.

    I would appreciate some feedback.

    2. Go to File > Options tab
    3. In the Word options, select Advanced tab
    4. Navigate to Pen section and check the setting "Use pen to select and interact with content by default"
    5. Then try again if the issue is resolved.

    it's not the ms word problem I think, because when I try drawing on other programs from Microsoft like Microsoft Whiteboard, my screen just goes black instantly even though I use my mouse. But I can draw on other programs like photoshop and medibang

    I already tried to reinstall my pen tablet driver but nothing happen. It seems the problem not from the pen tablet itself, when i try using my mouse to draw something on onenote, microsoft whiteboard, my screen also blackout.
