BSoD after update to Version 2004

I faced a BSoD problem today, 1 week after upgrading to Version 2004 feature update. 

The error shows 

VIDEO TDR FAILURE 

atikmpag.sys failed. 

Here's what i have tried so far- 

 1.Tried rebooting several times 

  1. Restore to a previous setting 
  2. Uninstall latest updates (2004 version updates)
  3. Reset the PC (without data erasing).

The error is stil persistent. Please help.

    Yes, you should definitely provide them with that 1903 ISO and tell them that is the version you want installed on your system . . .

    OK noted. Shall I take the 1903 iso file that i downloaded today for them to install??

    Hi Harshvardhan

    No,there is not need for them to touch that data, remind them not to touch that data on the other drives ( partitions) when you talk to them . . .
