Mouso core worker process

My computer (Windows 10, 64-bit Build 19041) is constantly waking up from sleep and then going back to sleep for a short time only to repeat the cycle.  I ran sleep diagnostics on the Windows PowerShell as administrator i.e. powercfg /systemsleepdiagnostics.  The report from yesterday (5/31/2020) indicates that my computer awoke from sleep 50-55 times during the course of the day until at about 8:00 p.m., I decided that it was better to fully shut down the computer rather than have these continued cycles.  The common thread in all these awakenings from sleep is MoUSO Core Worker Process (MoUsoCoreWorker.exe).

 Why is this happening and what can I do to eliminate this totally annoying phenomena?

    i just disable windows update service at service manager and my laptop can sleep, finally.

    I edited my last post.  Patch Tuesday is coming up and my PCs have been sleeping.  Could this be resolved?

    Recently, after manually updating Windows (including optional updates), our PCs appear to be sleeping soundly again.

    Oh gosh, so I replaced the PSU again this time with a good quality Antec 650W PSU and the PC is sleeping again.

    I hadn't considered the PSU could affect PC sleep but it is too much of a coincidence. The PC started crashing playing 3d games and after trouble shooting, I eventually replaced the PSU with an older OCZ PSU reclaimed from an old PC few years ago. Thinking back, this was in late October and it took me a few days to realise the PC was not sleeping properly and I didn't associate the two things.

    I have read before that cheap/badly designed/faulty PSU's can have problems coming out of sleep re poor 5V standby power. So possibly a PSU can stop a PC going to sleep and all the other o/s stuff I was looking at and fixing as probable reason was no doubt irrelevant? Who knows, anyway I will report back if the sleep problem returns, but I suspect not.
