Documents disappearing from print queue and not printing

I am using a Brother DCP-195C printer.  The printer is working - I can monitor ink levels etc from the Brother Control centre on my PC but I can't print.

    (1) These are cumulatives. So, KB4559004 likely brought in the stuff of KB4560960 (along with its new goodies). You can block it with WUShowHide...

    You've got to try to catch it coming in again. Be prepared with WUShowHide immediately after doing the uninstall.

    (2) But what about installing KB4567512 instead, as I posted on page 5 of this thread? That is the cure for 1903/1909. Then let KB4559004 alone.

    I had the issue "Print spooler might error or close unexpectedly when attempting to print" 

    from June's update KB4560960. I uninstalled according to the instructions, and the problem was solved. 

    The print spooler problem also occurred today, July 29/2020 . I checked the updates, and saw 

    July 27 update KB4559004 . I uninstalled this update, and now my printer is working again.

    Thank you, Alireza!  My MFC-495CW printer recently stopped printing jobs sent from my PC, but I could still scan documents and send them to my PC.  After uninstalling and re-installing the printer, the problem remained.

    Your simple and clear solution, tested by other readers, worked like a charm!  In my case, I uninstalled KB4560960 and restarted my computer.  All is now well...

    And thank you "PCR just PCR": with your help, the update will no longer automatically install by itself...
