    Wow Gene,

I suppose MS expects thousands of grammas and school kids to follow all those 'Diskpart' commands and not lose their OS partition....What a joke!

My main PC has a 2TB SSD drive split in two at 300 gigs and it failed on that, even though it's a new install, only been a week so it's almost empty.
My other has a NVm SSD, one of those tiny cards that I think uses the PCIe buss, LOL, I found it at the dump 2 weeks ago with 24gigs of DDR4. It has no recovery partition so of course it failed on that also

Neither uses bitlocker so I'm wondering what exactly those 221,000 MS employees actually do for their paychecks.

I should have moved out there 30 years ago, no, I take that back, I like the clients I have here

Did you figure out your issue with resizing your partition with Bitlocker enabled yet?

Did you lose any of your older windows applications, stuff you installed that wasn't from the MS Store, like Photoshop etc?

I fix this problem with MiniTool Partition Wizard, extend recovery partition from 512 to 809
