Microsoft Sudoku has once again lost my progress on daily challenges. Please advise when this issue will be fixed and my progress will be restored.

Same thing happening to me lately on MS Sudoku. It has always showed the games and days completed as "completed", but in the last few days, it keeps showing the last few days as not done. I re-did all those again yesterday (3 games for each day), then today it shows all of the last 3 days as not done. Obviously some kind of bug/glitch. I'm not expecting any real action on MS's part, as it only generates advertising revenue, but I'll give up on it in a few days if this continues. Not a huge deal, but kind of frustrating.

I have exactly the same problem and have tried to reset the program but no luck. Jigsaw, Mahjong and Solitaire all work perfectly, but Sudoku just won't log into the Xbox live account to retrieve my data. Very annoying as I am in danger of losing all my history and status.

I would very much appreciate a response from the Microsoft team with a solution.

Funny thing...I tried it on android and it works. Just the windows version is hosed.

Tried contacting MS various ways. They hung up on me twice. Really sucky support.

I am having a similar problem with the added frustration that the link to my xbox live account is not working. Indicates I am a "guest" player. ALL OTHER microsoft games are working as expected. Just not Sudoku.

Just came across a fix that has worked

Go to your userprofile\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider_cw5n1h2txyewy\AC\TokenBroker

If there are Accounts and Cache folders available delete them. (I renamed them to be on the safe side) But this worked well.
Now try starting Xbox and signing into Sudoku.
