My laptop is running Windows 10 2004 OS build 19041.388 and windows update decides to automatically install cumulative update KB4566782 (build 19041.450). The installation will fail (0x800f081f) during updating Windows and Windows update automatically retry to install it until my laptop's battery dies.
How get out of this update loop?
update: We need a true solution, and please do not mark reinstalling windows 10 as an answer, dear moderators.

Danilo, please try to run the command on Command Prompt instead of PowerShell.
I am not going to install that service stack as I have seen in other places on this community site that some people have encountered other problems with their computers after doing certain things to fix this problem, and I don't want to not be able to use my computer. Also the Service Stacks should have been sent to us if auto update is used and mine is set for auto updates.

PS: I am also not sure which Service Stack to use, and I saw with a description of that update it can't be removed.
If you have a x64bit PC then it’s the 4th one.
If 32bit (x86) then the first.
