Every Windows 10 Update there are prone to have this issues. Besides that, have you check by login in to One Drive account. See whether the files are intact there??? There is a Linux Utility called Gparted. But that will not help because it is not a recovery disk for hard disk. It can only doing partition or formatting. Other than that it will not work. But I cannot confirmed that will rectify the problem. If anyone here in the forum, if you can solve this issues please reply the post above. Thank you.
