After the last Windows 10 update, I lost my G drive, which consists of 2x 3TB drives combined into 1 6TB. Now Disk1 shows a RAW drive and I'm unable to connect. Also as you can see below it, Disk2 shows and un-accessable. I have tried raid reconstruction software, data recovery software, but nothing works. They are only able to recover parts of files, and not the entire files. I'm also unable to do a low level format so I can fix the drive and be able to do a full recovery. I need help in getting this resolved. I have a lifetime of family photos and my photography that is now lost. UNTIL an expert comes along to help you, I researched a little. My way of learning (and becoming more confused.) This issue both perplexed and intrigued me (and gave me something to do while self-quarantining.) I see your G drive (think you are calling it Disk 1) so I'm assuming it is still there, although it's showing RAW not NTFS and 100% free. ugh. From what I read: a RAW disk is unacessable until you can get it to NTFS. You also said the Disk 2 shows as un-accessable which has a different meaning from "unallocated" in the Windows world. It also shows offline, which may be a separate issue, but not real sure about that. I've looked at MANY web sites searching for answers, and because it's above my comprehension, I don't want to post any links I found. I would suggest you search yourself to try to find the correct one. I know there are warnings about following the fixes"exactly"without losing data! You must read them and be very careful. I did web searches for: How to Convert RAW to NTFS Without Losing Data Windows 10 Disk Unallocated Disk showing offline I know I wasn't much help, but perhaps you can find some answers until someone else comes along who knows way more about this than I do!
