my pc crashed while just watching twitch tv, all the graphics went really low quality then whole pc crashed, had to restart.

i installed geforce experience and as it was doing the update driver, pc crashed and after playing rust, my task bar all went black, i couldnt even see the time.

i have run windows memory test which said no faults, ive done chkdsk and that says no errors.

event viewer shows a critial error, errors and warnings.

    Turn off Windows fast startup (fast boot) in Settings. Did you turned off PC forcibly by holding power button?

    im not sure how to do that, i put ram on default.

    bios was updated to newest version, gpu updated to newest version. all drivers and windows updates done.

    i have no overclocking or gaming modes enabled, everything is standard / default

    Please turn off all possible overclocking and gaming modes and check if this helps.

    Did you reduce RAM frequencies and increase timings?

    last night i had these, but i cleared event viewer and they have not returned yet:

    1) Session "PerfDiag Logger" failed to start with the following error: 0xC0000035

    2) the server microsoft.windows.cortana did not register with dcom
