Both my computer and my wife's lost our audio after installing these updates. The troubleshooter couldn't identify the problem. Tried reinstalling the drivers from both the manufacturers website and Realtex's website. Didn't work. Tried

uninstalling the updates. No luck. Restoring to a point before the updates. Again, no luck. The drivers are just plan gone and won't reinstall and the computer won't recognize the speakers. Tried different speakers. Nothing. Tried headphones. Nothing. Took my computer to a repair shop, they couldn't fix it. The only thing that worked was getting a USB audio adapter and plugging speakers into the adapter.

I'm in a similar boat, anything Realtek just stopped working as long as Audio Enhancements on that device are enabled. Reinstalling drivers also didn't help me. I'm hoping for a hotfix on this asap...

I have had nothing but problems since this update was installed on my computer. Specifically, multiple black screens which I thought were caused by overheating which led me to compound the problem. It never occurred to me that the update could be the cause of the black screens. I've had other issues with updates but nothing like this.
