Auto muting of sound and microphone at random times when in Zoom

when in Zoom both the sound and my microphone randomly auto mute.   I can unmuted them using f5 and f8 buttons but it will later auto mute again.   There appears to be no pattern to the amount of time it stays on.  Sometime 1 minutes sometimes as many as 10.   I do not use any other meeting platforms so don't know if this is a Zoom problem or a microsoft problem.   I am using an HP probook computer that is less than 6 months old.  In Microsoft 10 software.

    This is a Windows 10 issue. I just bought an Asus computer for Christmas (December 2020) as I started a fully remote position. My company uses Google Meet. I paid almost $700 for a computer that I still have to connect bluetooth headphones to my cell phone then dial into meetings so i can actually speak without being muted by my own computer. 

    In the digital world we all now operate in, this is completely unacceptable. This has been a known issue for years and still no solution. Why? 

    By the way, I work for a cyber security firm whose entire tecnical leadership team is ex-miltary cyberwarfare veterans. To say these guys are elite is an understatement. They have suggested this is in fact a windows issue. 

    Greatky appreciate any help i can get to stop this nonsense.

    It has happened to me today on TEAMS call and earlier in the week on ZOOM call. Rebooting my computer fixed it. There should be a simpler solution.
