please help me to setup or troublshooting

I'm unable to install that update. However I did read the many comments on the update and most refer to AMD64. I'm assuming that means they are not for Intel I7 CPU.

    Regards

I used phone support this am for 3 hours and found that I have a corrupted file and need to reinstall WIndows 10

I would not be able to do a reinstall. I'm disabled and cannot sit that long in front of a computer.
