Changelog for Cumulative updates released on March 10th, 2020 are as under:

1. Windows 10 1903 and 1909~~: KB4540673~~ (OS Builds 18362.719)
2. Windows 10 version 1809: KB4538461(OS Build 17763.1098)*

For Windows 10 1903/1909, It is recommended to install servicing stack update KB4541338 before installing the cumulative updates.

KB4551762 is now available for Windows 10 version 1903 and version 1909 that jumps the build number to 18362.720 and 18363.720. See this for more information.

please help me to setup or troublshooting

I used phone support this am for 3 hours and found that I have a corrupted file and need to reinstall WIndows 10

Do you have the Version 1903 in your computer now?  To check type in Cortana  Winver

It will come up with what Version you have in there now.  You must have the 1903 to get the 1909 I believe.  

It says Update from 1903 to 1909.

I have tried the two methods to update to 1909 from 1909 and both failed. It stated that it does no apply to my computer. 

Asus CM6730-08 - I7 3770 - 16 gb ram

Win 10 Pro 64 Bit

I updated the BIOS, still no go.

Any advice?
