Realtek Audio device Code 10 cannot start and unable to update

My headphone and mic jacks on my pc do not work and I have been trying for hours to get my on board sound working. I got the realtek drivers from my board manufacturer and every time I install them I get (Code 10 : Device cannot start.) I have tried updating and I have the newest driver so I am entirely stuck here.

I have tried many different realtek drivers and none work, not even the one supplied by the manufacturer so I would really appreciate if anyone could walk me through how to actually get my sound working.

I have a Z390 Phantom Gaming 4 board and Intel i5 9600K chip.

How do I check if I still have support from the manufacturer?

And yes I have used asrocks installer from their download page. It installs the driver but nothing happens and then I have to go into device manager to add it but it says code 10 every time. I did see on their site the audio console needs to be downloaded but I've checked microsoft store and it doesn't seem to be there. Will my driver be able to start if I somehow get the audio console app? It is necessary to fix the code 10 or is my issue likely something else? I am beginning to think I will have to wipe my pc and reinstall windows fresh to install this driver.

Have you installed using asrock's installer (setup.exe)? You should be able to install the 6.0.8890.1 on the asrock's latest driver webpage.

Your motherboard does not come with Realtek HD Audio Manager. It comes with Realtek Audio Console, which you have to download via Microsoft Store after you install the asrock realtek driver (see the faq on asrock's website).

Do you still have support from your motherboard maker? It's included for the first year and usually they let you extend it if need be.

Thank you for your help so far,

I did reinstall in Safe Mode with Networking but was met with the same results. I included some pictures for context as well. I want to be using Realtek for my on board sound, which should allow me to use my headphone and mic jacks. There's also another high definition audio device which seems to be only for HDMI sound through my monitor but does nothing to help with using the jacks on the computer. The Steinberg CI1 is an external sound card that also works but isn't what I want right now. I only need on board sound working so I can plug a mic into my pc.
