My Library is empty in Windows Store

I noticed yesterday when checking for updates on Windows Store for my installed apps that My Library is empty. The Store shows my installed apps and games, but my All Owned and Ready To Install is empty. This is a fresh up to date install of Windows 10 Pro, Version 1909, and OS Build 18363.657. I've already done wsreset, and ran the Windows Store troubleshooter. I've also signed out of the Store and signed back in.

I had the same problem. Tried multiple Win10 fresh installs with no luck.  Then came across this page and tried "Apps" in the filter area - boom it works for me.

This is on a fresh windows install. Not sure why I got lucky.

    1. No it is not implied you're signing into Windows itself with a MS Account because you can use a Local Account and sign into the apps like Store. So I ask a third time: Are you signing into Windows with the MS Account or a Local Account.
    2. Right click the Time and date at right end of Taskbar, Choose Adjust Date/Time,

In pop up box scroll down to Related Settings , choose Date, Time & Regional Settings

    In Popup again under Re

4lated Settings, scroll down to choose Additional date, time & regional settings.

In popup under Date & Time, choose Set the Time and Date.

Then click on Internet Time tab, and Change Settings, tick the box to Synchronize with an Internet Time Server, change Time server in dropdown menu, then Update Now, then OK on small box, OK on large box.

    1. Are you referring to the link in my last post to Windows Club, an MVP's site that has never had a complaint in tens of thousands of times I've posted it? I'm assuming you were able to open the site because you found the MS Accounts troubleshooter. Did you click on a link in the site, because there is no paywall to access that site? It may be an ad link to avoid. If so right click the link to post it back here so I can investigate. If you cannot open the Windows Club site itself, then try another browser.
    2. I would do the Repair Install by installing the Media Creation Tool from this link   http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/media-creation-tool-install choosing Download Tool Now, install the tool, open it and choose Upgrade this PC Now.  This reinstalls WIndows while saving your files and apps in place; takes about an hour, resolves most problems.  It also brings it to the latest version by the most stable method.

This is a simple repair, not a major reinstall of Windows.  It is also what works best in cases like this and will save hours of further troubleshooting until we can find a fix for this issue which others are reporting recently, too.

    1. If you want to report this to Microsoft use the Feedback Hub app in Start Menu where developers are tasked to process consumer feedback. They will not even see it here. This is a tech forums staffed mostly by volunteers trying to help others with your problems.

If you want to post back a Share link from your Feedback here others who see this thread can vote it up and add to it. If you are an Insider I can also vote it up with my MVP badge and track the issue for you.
