Windows 10 crashes after installing latest AMD graphics drivers

bro your gpu is not dead the reason is due to heavy gaming for long period of time the gpu chip temperature rises too much making the gpu solders connection loose from the motherboard so get ur laptop to local repair shop who does gpu reballing and they will reball ur gpu chip and it will work like new again as u said ur laptop is only 1 year old

I had this exact same issue on my acer nitro 5 AN515-42 R6GV model. The laptop was running perfectly and the other day it started freezing i wasnt even able to move my cursor and had to force shutdown laptop. Had to start it on safemode and disabling my graphics from device manager to make it working i thought what the hell happened to laptop all of a sudden there was never overheating issue laptop was running perfectly. I tried everything clean install windows 3 times lol but the moment i tried installing display drivers it froze again. Did everything uninstalling with DDU but same issue none of the drivers were working so i gave up thought my gpu is dead its a hardware issue as my warranty was also over i thought there is no point of getting a new board as its too costly but i thought how can my gpu be dead within such a short period of using without any overheating signs and other errors so i gave it a try sending my laptop to a local shop which my friend suggested that is really good they checked it the same day told me my gpu has minor faults which can be fixed easily and gpu will work again like new and charged me only 2500 Rupees for it lol i was so happy they fixed the motherboard and now its working perfectly again so if anyone has same issues plzz its a hardware fault not software just go to the local store not company plzz cause they will straight away tell u to replace the whole board,the local shop will repair ur board for so less if u have the same issue like mine cheers.

Same here. Dell Inspiron 7520. The latest AMD Radeon drive crashes Win 10. Even if I disabled the AMD card and use the internal graphic card, it still crashes out when the Windows 10 upgrade 1903 runs. So I am stuck with the old version of Win 10 :( . Can someone help?

I also have Dell Inspiron 7520 SE. 

Go to safe mode, Disable your AMD graphics auto driver update from windows, and then uninstall any graphic driver from AMD in device Manager. 

Use only your internal graphic driver, until AMD/Microsoft decides to fix this. 

same here I also have the dell 7520 SE and last week I decided I would do a fresh install and downloaded the Microsoft creation tool to download windows 10 ( I was bored ) and soon as it was all on boom crashed I have to safe mode it disable AMD GPU and my laptop all works the version of windows the creation tool gives you is 2004 the new one I have done old drivers new drivers reinstall windows took laptop apart to resit everything but nothing works as been said just have to wait for a fix

I have had the same issue, it had took me more then two weeks , but i found out if you’r using anything older then a rx580 or along that time line new windows updates mess woth it so dont update Windows 10 current 2020 amd drivers

Hi, u have the same issue where when i try and downlod AMD Software it crashes windows. 

After, when i go into safe mode it is downloaded. But i have to install the driver in order to go back into windows. 

Were you able to fix this, as i know you had this issue a couple of months ago. 

Would be much appricated if you could help out.
